Captain Lefa Tsutsulupa admits a few of his Moroka Swallows team-mates are finding it difficult to cope with new coach Rainer Zobel, but stops short of saying it is a crisis.
The midfielder believes this is one of the reasons the Dube Birds find themselves fighting at the wrong end of the table.
"The coach is a German guy, who is more into discipline than anything else and some guys have a problem with it," he told Football365.co.za.
"For example, I will get a ball and you know how we South African players are, I would dribble and the coach will shout at me, because he feels I could have made a simple pass, those sort of things. It is a problem, but not a serious one. Hopefully the players will change their ways, so things can improve. We have a good coach."
Despite Zobel's record of two wins, two draws and five losses in nine league games so far, Tsutsulupa is backing the German.
"I don't want to dwell on the negatives, but I feel the coach is good," he added.
A lot was expected from the three new signings; Siyabonga Nomvete, Lungisani Ndlela and Collins Mbesuma, but except for Nomvete chipping in with two league goals and Ndlela scoring one, the trio haven't lived up to expectations. Tsutsulupa, though, feels the team has the right players.
"They are good players, but we can't rely on them alone. I believe they will come right," Tsutsulupa concluded.
